It brought me joy to see him in action! I volunteer with kids/young adults with special needs, and my “buddy” is a 26-year-old with profound developmental disabilities. He has taught me so much about life, and being human.
It is so very true. I am a registered nurse and over 20 years ago my life changed forever when Luke was born. There have been ups and downs and a journey that has been incredible. I hope you can find joy in your life’s work knowing you have touched the soul and spirit of the disabled. May God bless you!
